Our study focuses on an advanced exploratory research based the development of new IT-SOFCs anode compositions in conjunction with surfactants as template to obtain mesoarchitectured catalysts. We designed NiO/Sr doped Ce0.85Pr0.10 Er0.05O2-õ (2.5 and 5 mol.% Sr) mesoarchitectures robust crystalline framework following a hydrothermal synthesis route. NiO was deposited by wet impregnation calcined air at 900 °C, order assure good interaction between Ni mesoporous matrix. The obtained materials exhibit cubic CeO2 fluorite phase Pr2O3 SrCeO3 secondary traces these were assessed catalyst for partial oxidation CH4 over time under reducing atmosphere. electrochemical behavior fed H2 (2.5% vol. H2O) investigated NiO/CPS/YSZ/GDC/Pt cells. compositional effect structural properties, surface chemistry, catalytic performance highlighted. Sr incorporated lattice, proved X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy, guarantees excellent stability catalysts 20h, during high conversion CO selectivity (90% range 700–800 °C) well better anode.
